Auto renew will work with Databricks only for the end of term expiry. Does not auto renew when all DBCU is consumed.

Do you know if it's possible to subscript to another Azure Databricks pre-purchase plan even if the first one didn't reach the end of term expiry ?

Yes, you can have multiple Databricks plans. The one expiring first is used first.
