Azure-docs: PAL for other products

Is it also possible to set PAL for other products, like Dynamics/Office 365? Or is it solely used for Azure?

As it’s not possible to set a Digital Partner of Record (DPOR) for Dynamics subscriptions provided via CSP, I was wandering if it would be possible to define PAL for Dynamics as well.
