@jaryder thanks for the feedback. Here are the instructions on importing a runbook.
Also adding @georgewallace to review your comment on linking to the "import runbook" content.

@jaryder I have added the link to the doc in a pull request and will get this merged.. Once this is merged it will automatically close this issue.
