Azure-docs: List of countries that support self-serve transfer

In the document it states the following:

"Why don't I see the "Transfer subscription" button?
Unfortunately, self-serve subscription transfer isn't available for your offer or country."

Is there a list with these countries? or can you let us know which countries do not support the self-serve transfer option?

@femsulu, There is no list of supported countries in our public sites. I will check with our engineers offline for this question.
