@rajatvijay I did a quick test by uploading a zip file and it worked fine for me.

I am even able to play my file after upload.

Could you please review your file that is uploaded?

Also the error was in uploading zip files.

I will go ahead and close this issue as it works as expected. I would suggest you to raise a support ticket for your resource in the subscription from Azure portal or raise a support request from speech portal by sending email to speechsupport[at]microsoft[dot]com

This is not working on MacOS with google chrome browser.

My suspicion:
Zip file uploaded from chrom has mime type = appilcation/zip
Zip file uploaded from IE has mime type = application/x-zip-compressed
And in the source code of the website there seems to be a hard check for application/x-zip-compressed

Could you please report the same through Support ID mentioned above as this is the direct way to reach out to the product group to fix any issues with services. We use this feedback forum of GIT for issues in documentation and any product issues are reported via the support channel.

@ArcherAZ thanks, it seems to be working now.

Though I found one more issue. The tests that I am creating are not moving from the "processing" state to any other state. Seems like they are stuck.

Is this the right place to report this? Or if you can point me to the right place to report this.

I'm facing the same issue in Windows 10 OS in firefox and Edge browsers. It is working only in chrome browser.
The issue occurs when we select the speech data type as 'Audio' or 'Audio + human-labeled transcript'.
I compress a file by right-clicking and selecting 'send to' and 'compressed (zipped) folder'.
