In the screenshot above the terms of use field states that it's only for Cloud Solution Provider sales. However in the Cloud Partner Portal this statement is not shown. Can you confirm whether CSP is required to use your own terms of use?

What the tooltip is intended to articulate is that the Standard Contract terms cannot be used for the CSP channel, so the publisher must upload terms and conditions for that channel even if they select the Standard Contract.
We are working on changing this so that the Standard Contract is supported in CSP, but the timing is not confirmed yet.
Thanks for clarifying. So to confirm, a non-CSP publisher can include their own procurement T&Cs?
