The filters provided on the page below with the api version listed are not functioning as expected. It ignores the 'Grain' filter and defaults to daily. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/consumption/forecasts/list Any ideas?

@bandersmsft - Please review.
Grain or date filters don't seem to work at all. This is how I tested date filtering:
https://management.azure.com/subscriptions/$subId/providers/Microsoft.Consumption/forecasts?$filter=usagedate ge '2019-09-01' AND usagedate le '2019-11-01'&api-version=2019-05-01
It defaulted to showing 'daily' and only for the current month.
