Is there any way of configuring the ASCS shared drive by using the Azure Files solution? Is this supported by SAP?

this is best answered by @msjuergent and his team - they are the original author of the document and handle SAP configurations on Azure.
@matheus-santoro Unfortunately, using Azure Files is not yet supported for hosting sapmnt or the trans directory of an highly available SAP system.
