Azure-docs: Add step for clarity on updating Secret URI

There should be a step right before the code example to change the following line:
WebRequest kvRequest = WebRequest.Create("https://{YourKeyVault}.vault.azure.net/secrets/{YourSecret}?api-version=2016-10-01");
