I'm trying to deploy Standard A0 on a Low priority VMSS, but in the portal the option is disabled, tried with Linux and Windows, also with different locations.
¿Any ideas?
Thanks.

Thanks for the question. We are currently investigating and will update you shortly.
@carlfm01 The low-priority option for any VM size is disabled if it is not available as low priority at that point of time. It says:

As mentioned in the document,
The amount of available unutilized capacity can vary based on size, region, time of day, and more. When deploying low-priority VMs on scale sets, Azure will allocate the VMs if there is capacity available, but there is no SLA for these VMs. A low-priority scale set is deployed in a single fault domain and offers no high availability guarantees.
Yes, I know that sometimes the vm will not allocate but anyways It creates the scale set, before I opened the issue I checked the availability of few vm that I needed as low priority for a week.
2 weeks ago I created scale sets with the NC6 and F16_v2, I'm able to allocate and dellocate today.

Today I'm able to deploy allocate and instance of an existing VMSS, but not being able to create a new VMSS of the same type as low priority, I mean for any type is disabled.

My afraid is that a possible and gradually discontinued VMSS low priority like batch ai?
Thanks.
@carlfm01 I tried with a few sizes and I can see that low priority option is activated for them i.e. I can enable low-priority for those sizes.
For example :

and

I could not find any information depicting it is going to be discontinued. It came to Public Preview in May 2018: Announcing low-priority VMs on scale sets now in public preview
In your case/example it seems that South Central US region currently has enough customers using them as normal priority that selecting them for low priority is not an option at this point in time.
I used South Central as example, for all US regions was disabled also for any type of VM. Thanks for searching any signs of discontinuation. Closing.
@carlfm01 Thanks for the update. Please try again later and see if it works for you :)
@Karishma-Tiwari-MSFT Hi, during the past week I was able to deploy low priority machines, even GPU series.
@carlfm01 Thanks for sharing the update. :)
