With most Azure services you can specify a DL or similar to which to send emails, without requiring that this person/group has an admin role assigned.
It appears we don't have this separation here, which seems strange, doesn't it?
I would really like the support guys to know when PIM roles are being activated, without giving them the rights to add people to these roles!
