@bdimag Saw the same issue on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard - installing the latest driver for the card from nVidia directly seems to resolve this for me.
Drivers for Server 2012 R2 were from: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/windows/sizes-gpu

I can repo this issue in two of my Azure NV6 VMs from Windows 10 Pro 1809 image with NVIDIA GPU Driver extension.
Windows 10 Pro 1803 image works!
