Azure-docs: Difference between AZURE_STORAGE_ACCESS_KEY and AZURE_STORAGE_KEY

Bash documentation (-h flag) uses AZURE_STORAGE_KEY, while the bash script used in the doc uses AZURE_STORAGE_ACCESS_KEY. Bill mentioned the differences and the cost that could result on using one over another: #14277
