Azure-docs: Access with C#

I've implemented the following steps using this Python SDK.
1) Access desired dataset in workspace
2) Fetch data from Azure Blob Storage
3) Append data from ABS to dataset
4) Update dataset in workspace
Now, I'm attempting to write an Azure Function in C# that would perform the same steps. Can you share any documentation for this implementation?

@mujeeb91 Python is only one of several ways to access Azure ML -- this particular webpage provides details on one method for one case.
