Azure-docs: The create new Cosmos DB isn't functioning from the Azure Portal

Add an output binding > Step Three is not possible from the portal anymore... I'm also having difficulties finding a CosmosDB account I created in another Resource group, so I'm using the custom configuration tab.

I checked and was able to complete step 3

@MicahMcKittrick-MSFT I think at least one issue that @timmyreilly called out needs to be fixed—we have changed the way you search for Azure services in the left-nav in the portal. Please reopen and assign to me so that I can fix the screenshot and steps under Test the function and database.

Similar problem: I don't have Cosmos DB on the list of output bindings.

@timmyreilly This should all be resolved now with recent updates to the quickstarts for v2, and some recent portal updates. #please-close. If you are still having issues, feel free to reopen this one.
