Azure-docs: Move an app to another App Service plan

This section would be much more clear if the caveat of webspaces was added to "You can move an app to another App Service plan, as long as the source plan and the target plan are in the same resource group and geographical region." as these are not the only requirements for a successful move.

Also, the "Important" section after step 4. should be expanded upon to include links to, or additional detail about, webspaces information such as determining which webspace your App Service Plan is in to plan for a successful Web App move.

@tschleining Thank you for your feedback. I apologize, but we don't have the liberty to talk about webspaces at this point, and the current language is designed to dance around that. We realize that we need a better story around that in our documentation, so we'll continue to negotiate the messaging with the product team.
