Azure-docs: Clarify Oracle support

The Oracle support stated in this page is confusing. It would be good to know if we are talking about Oracle DB, supported versions and recommended procedure, even as I understand that this should be provided by Oracle.

Hi, we're still investigating exactly what was tested. In the meantime I'm going to remove Oracle from the list that specifies specific workloads that were tested, until we have more information about exact support.

Did we ever get more info here? I have a customer asking about Oracle 11g and if they need to install Oracle VSS writer or take other steps.
This doc still references Oracle in a couple of places but not in the workload summary.
