Azure-docs: Please update availability for storage events

From two links below, I assume the availability for blob storage event subscriptions has been expanded. Please update to prevent confusion. Thank you.

Currently, Event Grid supports the following regions:

Asia Southeast
Asia East
Australia East
Australia Southeast
Central US
East US
East US 2
Europe West
Europe North
Japan East
Japan West
West Central US
West US
West US 2

Availability for Storage events is tied to Event Grid availability and will become available in other regions as Event Grid does.
