When MySQL and postgresql will be graduated from preview to first class components?

Thanks for the feedback! We are currently investigating and will update you shortly.
I can confirm that both are still In Preview. I have posted the Azure roadmap links for each below but, as for the dates for availability, I do not have that available.

@yesoreyeram Thanks for the question. We don't make any promises about future dates on the general availability of the services (ie. taking it out of preview status). Generally GA takes place between 6 months to 1 year after the public preview is announced. The preview announcement was last May 2017 at the //build conference.
