Azerothcore-wotlk: [SPELL][PVE] ARCANE TORRENT - BLOOD ELF RACIAL SPELL !

SMALL DESCRIPTION:

The Arcane Torrent Spell , that is a Racial spell of the Blood Elf does not interrupt some Boss spells that should be interruptable

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

Should Interrupt , interruptable spells like https://www.wowhead.com/spell=71420/frostbolt or https://www.wowhead.com/spell=68982/phantom-blast , the arcane torrent spell should work as a Aoe silence , in Pvp works correctly

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

The Arcane Torrent Spell , that is a Racial spell of the Blood Elf does not interrupt some Boss spells that should be interruptable like Frostbolt (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=71420/frostbolt) of the Icc Boss Lady Deathwhisper ( https://www.wowhead.com/npc=36855/lady-deathwhisper#abilities) or the Phantom Blast (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=68982/phantom-blast) of the Boss Devourer of Souls (https://www.wowhead.com/npc=36502/devourer-of-souls#abilities) - this are just two , i don't know how many Boss SPELLS that should be interruptable are affected by this Issue, i've tried this spell olso on other npc and sometimes works and sometimes not , depends by the npc and the spell that he casts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM

Create a Blood elf pg
go in a instance like Forge of Souls (N/H) or in a Raid like Ice Crow Citadel (10N/H-25N/H)
During the Fight of a Boss like the Devourer of Souls (Forge of Souls - last boss ) or the Lady Deathwhisper ( ICC - second Boss )- wait until the Devouver casts the Phantom Blast and try to interrupt him by using the arcane torrent spell and u will see that nothing will happen the Boss will be Immune to your silence , or try to fight and silence the Lady Deathwisper during the second phase when she uses the Frostbolt spell and u will see that the boss will be immune to your silence
