Avideo: Not able to upload 1 hour video

Hello Sir,

I am facing one more issue, When I was trying to upload video or 1 hour + duration, It doesn't upload. It shows me it is uploading. after all the process it is giving me the black object of video.

Is it not uploading or not encoding?

are you uploading to the encoder or streamer?

it s not encoding the video. uploading was done

Please describe your issue clear and provide the log files. your issue has the title "Not able to upload 1 hour video" and now you are telling me the upload was done.

Sir, I was trying to upload the video through the encoder, the video got uploaded. It was also available in API that a video added. and the duration it shows EEEE. I think there is some problem with encoding. Because it took too much time to encode the video. I tried 2 times.

also, I can see you are using HLS format. how much RAM do you have?

We have 4GB RAM on the server and here is the log file of streamer

The log you just send looks like the encoder log (same file as before)

please send the correct file.

Even better, before you submit the log again update your streamer and encoder and try again.

delete your log files from encoder and streamer. (do not do anything else)

try to submit a file (longer than 1 hour) and do not do anything else.
