anyone else had problems signing up for google adsense or have an advice for me to get accepted

Do you mean the video ads or the banner ads?
The banner ads are working (can take some days before something shows up). For the videos, have tried it 5 times, without any luck.

Well I was referring to getting accepted by Google. What kind of videos did
you have on your site and how much when they accepted your site to the ads
program. They keep telling me I have scrapped content and it is content I
made

It took us over a year to finally get accepted on Google Adsense just for banners. We just got accepted today. Our site had a wide variety of categories and videos, and we were denied over and over again, with excuse after excuse. We even received the same excuse for denial as you have and the content was created and uploaded by us too. Our site now has over 300+ videos on it, and we were finally approved this morning after submitting over and over again for approval. We just submitted a sample to Google along with the application for Adsense for Video or AFV. Not sure how long that will take.
