aria2c does not run under torify

Originally mentioned in #153, and while related to it, it really deserves its own bug report.

aria2 will resume download if the transfer is restarted.
If there are any errors, then see the log file. See '-l' option in help/man page for details.

Note that wget works:

Thanks a lot! It works indeed with that option.

EDIT: Do you think it could be emphasized somewhere? Maybe a separate paragraph about Tor in a docs, or a hint from the aria2c itself?
