So I tried to post some updates/pictures in GitHub under a "project" i created (https://github.com/ArctosDB/arctos/projects/22), and I couldn't add the pictures.
So here they are:

Only issues can be added to projects. Add an issue then assign it to a project. I just added this issue to your project.
Okay, thanks Teresa!

BTW - this looks COOL!
@campmlc @marecaguthrie @AJLinn check this out!
I like this new layout which prioritizes the image of the item. It feels very much like many cultural/historical/art results, as well as archives, that are put online at other museums.
My only question is if this looks the same for the operator vs the casual searcher? It's sort of one of things I do really like about Arctos, in that what you see as a public user is what we see as an operator, unless we mask something. I'm all about transparency in data sharing, unless I've been asked to hide something that is culturally-sensitive. It inherently engenders trust in the institution if everyone sees the same thing.
@AJLinn the data behind that are coming from the API; all of those considerations are up to whoever's writing the UI, not "Arctos."
Agreed! this UI could work well for nonbiological collections. The Advanced search could be modified to include some of the keyword/subject terms we talked about this week.
I am ok with not have permissions on such an interface but would be nice to eventually include "edit this record " button get back to the Arctos we know and love (!) and can edit
thanks for sharing and would love to know when a demo site is up!
"edit this record " button
That would imply some sort of cross-platform authentication. Probably not a big deal, but it'd still have to be built.
My understanding is that the API will support full editing capabilities.
I think there will probably always be a "core Arctos" UI as well.
This is exciting. Thanks for sharing!
