Archisteamfarm: [Suggestion] Periodically add free apps/subs to account

So Valve added some restrictions to the rate of which we can add free apps/subs to our account. Some guys on SteamDB discovered that this is roughly 50 licenses per 15-30 mins. It is very tedious to do this manually at this rate. It would be great if ASF has a function to do this periodically:

1. Get owned games
2. Check for unowned free games
3. Add license to account
4. Repeat 50 times then wait

I know ASF already has a function to add free licenses to your account, so that part is not a problem. A problem is to get a list of free games. SteamDB has a nice list of them. However, SteamDB isn't keen on scraping their database. You could ask them to provide an API or just let 1 person scrape the page and host a public database (I can volunteer).

You may think that this is useless. In a sense you are right. It is not a high priority thing. But it brings a few advantages. DLC for free games can be activated right away, without first having to manually add the free base game to your account. Free DLC will also to added automatically. Game and DLC count will increase.
