Archisteamfarm: Add a chat logger

So I recently found this neat little utility:
https://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=840880&p=43563682&viewfull=1#post43563682
But I quickly realized it is impossible to make it work with ASF enabled on your main account, because of the way it functions.
Since you are already listening to our chat(s) and since ASF already has a great logger, I'd love to have an option to log our chats.
It doesn't have to be as extended as this utility was, basic logging would be great.
Something like: \chatlogs\friendname.log, with contents: timestamp - chatter: chat message.
Why?
I quite often find myself in a situation where the available steam chat history doesn't go back far enough. I either needed some information from that history or I just forgot what we talked about. It is also great for when you got scammed be only find out way later when the chat history is gone.
Anyway, thanks for considering

Normally I'd say "out of the scope" and close the issue, but this time due to the fact that ASF already includes excellent logging utility that could be improved and split on per-bot instance, I think I could add chat messages on special low level such as TRACE, which would allow you and other users to later catch specific logger from specific bot on specific level and redirect it to file of your choice.

That however will have some limitations, and I'm definitely not going to bother with exclusive logging, as this part is already on the edge of ASF's scope.

Wishlist for now.

Now ASF nicely logs those messages, you'll be able to redirect them to the output of your choice as described in logging section of the wiki. This is best I can do without going greatly out of the scope of the program.

Awesome! I'm gonna try it!
