Arc-theme: 17.04 menu and button issues.

Basically the title but here's a screenshot to illustrate the point. It's much more noticeable when I click on the power symbol top right but I wasn't able to get a screenshot of that. Also, buttons are not outlined (by this I mean when you see the dimensions of a button you're supposed to click within.). Granted 17.04 hasn't fully released yet so this is more of a heads up.
