Appcenter: SDK support for .NET Desktop apps (Framework and Core)

The App Center SDK, used to enable Telemetry and Crash Reporting, for Windows only target UWP. We'd like to have support for WPF and WinForms running on .NET Framework or .NET Core 3

Apart from Diagnostics-Crashes for WinForms already planned, I would like also:

• Diagnostics-Errors (handled exceptions) for WinForms
• Analytics for WinForms (WPF has planned "Full support for .NET framework" but WinForms only "Full support for crashes")

@carlos-quintero thanks for the requests! We definitely plan to support analytics for WinForms as well. I've updated the plan to reflect that.

We would also like to support handled exceptions but due to some unknowns and other priorities, we are unable to commit at this time. Thanks!

Update: we just released diagnostics, analytics and distribution support for WPF and WinForms apps targeting .NET Framework. We expect to have .NET Core 3 support around the end of this month.
