Appcenter: Github status check: trigger build during pull request from fork repository

Describe the solution you'd like
AppCenter does not support building pull requests from forked repositories back to the origin repository. The actual implementation: status check can be executed for branches within origin repository only.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would be great if pull requests from fork repositories trigger build in the scope of the status check.
