Antennapod: Show stream button rather than download (in queue, podcast views)

I wouldn't want this, but I can imagine that (only stream) is the way people use their podcatchers. Maybe it would be an option to add a preference setting to replace 'download' buttons with 'stream' buttons in all relevant lists.

Another possibility (without a new user Settings) is that long-tapping the download button brings a context menu with stream option.

Long-tap and selection in menu are the same number of touches as just short-pressing and tapping the stream button. I think a setting is okay in this case. An idea would be to change the setting which button to show on long-press but we already have a ton of little settings that are really hard to discover.

Some Notes on the PR:

1. I've added the strings as labels, but wasn't sure what should be done about localization.
2. I added a new StreamActionButton class, but couldn't find any template that suggested it needed tested. If I've missed test coverage, just point me towards the place where it should live and I'll add it.
