Antennapod: Failed download loop

Device model: Pixel 2

Expected behaviour: Failed download does not retry until the update interval

Current behaviour: Download immediately retried after failing

First occured: today

Steps to reproduce:

1. Clicked refresh in queue

Environment: Auto Download configured and set to 12 hours

Stacktrace/Logcat: none

Every time I have seen this has been while plugged in. I haven't seen it in a while, but there was a time when it would happen anytime I had a bad network connection and auto-download enabled.

@gaul @gappleto97 Would you mind checking if this still is an issue, roughly 1,5 year later? If you cannot reconfirm with the latest version (2.0.0) then I propose we close this issue to keep the tracker clean & focussed. We can always reopen the issue if need be.

This issue is still present. I think it got a lot less likely in recent versions but given that it's pretty bad behavior, I would keep it open.
