This is a good open source app. Please post it to F-Droid too.
Also please allow direct apk download for us to sideload it.

Just as a note for the people in #42 (locked), I made a proof-of-concept commit that removes non-free software and thus makes the app also work on devices without google apps: https://github.com/grote/home-assistant-android/tree/libre
If there's interest, this could turn into a fork that tries to track upstream as closely as possible.

Please do so. Thank you very much for your efforts.
I recently discovered that I'm unable to install Home Assistant on my panels running LineageOS without Google Play. Thank God there's Wall Panel available. but I really wouldn't mind if this would make it too.

We have no interest in maintaining a branch of the app that doesn't depend on any proprietary services
