Amazefilemanager: First launch doesn't "accept" storage permission

I have to re-open the program for my sdcard to finally be viewable.

Xperia S, marshmallow.

Ok, I think I got the issue (my old devices be damned).
Kernel was probably lacking proper setns support.
Perhaps this can be detected and the user be warned in advance?

Still a thing in 3.2.1

I guess maybe you request sdcard access before asking permissions and/or you don't reload "context" once this is granted?
