I can confirm that allowing either one of these scripts fixes the issue (in both cases, EasyList is the culprit)!:

Go figure..

Whitelisting amazon.js (like suggested by BlazDT) is the best solution, as it seems to be far less intrusive!

I don't even see https://b.cdnst.net/javascript/amazon.js blocked by EasyList and the page is correctly working with https://b.cdnst.net/javascript/prebid.2.8.0.min.js blocked. All of you are using Chrome?

@Khrin I was able to reproduce it too (yes, I'm using Chrome).
It seems that rule blocking this script was added in this commit - https://github.com/easylist/easylist/commit/26383487bcec0ace8d41b234b42eac1cde7d2dc8

I'm not sure about CSS fix, but it seems that setting apstag.init as noopFunc, seems to work too.

All of you are using Chrome?

No, like I mentioned earlier; I tested this with Pale Moon and Chromium-ungoogled.
At my end, calls to both amazon.js and prebid.2.8.0.min.js happens with both of those browsers.
..and whitelisting either one of those scripts (both blocked by EasyList) fixes the issue!
