Description: When the AdGuard base add blocker is enabled for twitter everything with a hover animation lags. e.g. Tweet box, Trending box, side menu, drop menu etc...

I tested each exclusion. The first exclusion (twitter.com#@?#div[aria-label^="Timeline:"] .css-1dbjc4n div[class]:has( > div[aria-haspopup] > div[data-testid="metadata"])) stopped the choppy animations. The others did not have any impact on the issue.
