Since I use adguard in VPN mode, I sadly can't test with VPN from another country. It would not show ads, since adguard then is turned off.

Sadly it does not work: Details

• I added it to the user filter: same error.
• I disabled Adguard and was able to surf to the website without a problem. also opening articles etc.
• I enabled Adguard and was able to surf to two articles without a problem, then suddenly the Adblocker Page blocks me again.

Do you have enabled DNS in AdGuard settings?
If so, could you please disable it and check again?

Ok, if you want to use AdGuard DNS then I think you can add this rule to user filter:
@@||imagesrv.adition.com^$app=com.adguard.dns
enable AdGuard DNS again and website shouldn't show that anti adblock message.

The second filter works with DNS on, but it's not stable. After a random amount of articles (also some I never read before) I get blocked again. When I disable DNS, I get blocked further for some attempts, then I get the message "Rechecking Adblocker" from the website and then I can surf it normally again.

I can reproduce it on iOS with AdGuard DNS enabled and I see anti adblock message even if I disable AdGuard DNS, until I clear cookies.
Added rule which should fix it, I mean that clearing cookies will be not needed.

derStandard added a soft anti ad block script.
The page works for a couple of pages with adguard enabled. After clicking some articles, the attached anti Adblock Page pops up.

Still, also with the user script mentioned above and DNS turned off, I randomly see the anti adblock page on Android 8 / Chrome. When I go back and open the article again mostly it works.

Reproduced sometimes on my Android 4.4. Please try these two rules:

Second request is different sometimes than the already unblocked one. First rule is getting the site to tell me I have disabled adblocker.

Both on 7.1.1 and 8.0.0 finally the website does not block me with the new filters. I opened about 20 articles on each OS versions and it looks solved.
I had to reload the site about 6 times before it showed me the content, by the way.

Please check filtering log for blocked requests. I can't reproduce it on my device which could reproduce it before.
Also please remove custom rules.
Also I don't see a rule list from you posted (an anonymous report I can't link of course).

Just tested this: you can also use Chrome on a PC and surf to mobil.derstandard.at. The same blocking message appears to me like on Android. Surfing only to derstandard.at does not give these complete blocks, but messages in the forum. This is just for information, it's not a call do investigate this.

When I opened my phone again, the site reloaded and then told me, I was unblocked again.
Since then I can't reproduce it anymore - i loaded ~50 new and old articles, swapped back and froth between articles and no more blocking :)

Same here, switching off the DNS (using CloudFlare 1.1.1.1) helped. Any chance to make it work with DNS enabled?

This rule should work with it, but it will allow that url for every DNS request made to that site and can cause to show ads on sites:

Not reproduced on my Android 4 device where I could reproduce it previously. Please always test without DNS change and with AdGuard for Android only.

Sadly I can't reproduce. The site only gives me detection if I block a detection value we unblocked (and that even when the site doesn't have any scripts on the site anymore).
It is possible via a few ways, but that would break a few features of the site.

Is there any log we can turn on so you can see what we experience? It would be sad if we loose the battle against Anti-Adblock measures so easy :(

AdGuard for Android has a filtering log. When you are on the site where it says "detected", check what urls are shown blocked there and post them here. You can also manually unblock those by clicking on them and then unblock.

I wanted to search the logs today, but since today morning I can't reproduce the problem. I loaded the website and articles many times and all can be viewed. Were there any filter updates?
