It would be good if you add an option in the settings, with which you can choose the language of the app.

That is a good idea.
We will surely consider this.

Hi @dontobi
What's the point when the language settings is already defined by the system?
We don't often see this kind of option on Android app.

Almost every app i'm using have a language selector. Not everyone want to run the same language on the apps as the OS.

I understand your intention.
I for one, want Google Maps to speak German, not English like the rest of my system, because it butchers the pronunciation.
Another use case might be if a language is only poorly translated. In that case you might want to switch to a more complete language right away.
However, in newer Android versions, you can setup several fallback languages for the whole system. The lookup mechanisms get also better with every version. Though, this still won't benefit older android versions, which only use one system language.

It would be nice if a language selector could be added or that you could fix issue #914 so it is possible to run it in NOX. It is so much easier to find translation issues when doing it in the app itself. Transifex will not show when a string is too long.
