Aarogyasetu_android: Adding Dark Mode

Enabling dark mode in CSS allows website visitors to switch to an eye-friendly and resource-saving design whenever they want. There are a couple of UX patterns we can use to add a dark theme to your site.

Dark theme is only good for long term usages. This feature seems NOT required in this app. As App developer suggests:
Minimal and simple user interface, which user can get easily acquainted with
