Aarogyasetu_android: Don't know who is the Lead.

Guys I am here for a question to all.. As there are so many issues and so many pull requests on this repo. My question is who will be the Lead for which if we have any doubts we can reach and also who will be merging our Pull requests after a bug is solved or feature is developed ? Please anyone who know this help me to guide the total flow of the same.
