Zulip: Make it easy to subscribe to a stream from a narrowed view

Situation: I click a link like #narrow/stream/A/topic/some.20topic to a topic in a stream A to which I am not subscribed.

What happens: I'm presented with the topic, and an informative but non-actionable note that I'm not subscribed to the stream. There is no obvious way to subscribe if I want to.

What I think should happen: there should be some obvious way to subscribe if I want to.

Yeah this would be a great improvement; I think it should be a good intro project if anyone's interested.
