Zio: Add SoftwareMill as sponsor to website and README.md

SoftwareMill has generously donated a year of paying for CircleCI builds for the ZIO project. As a way of saying thanks, we will give them a 1 year sponsorship package, which includes promotion on official project channels.

Displayed attractively and prominently on both the README.md inside this repository, and on the ZIO website, we should add SoftwareMill as a ZIO sponsor, with both the tagline and a link to their home page.
