Have you added the code? for device.js and ToZigbee.js and be able to pair and it keeped paired? @mclaudiopt have problem that it leaves after paired.
You can try the payload
you should be able to control it with
zigbee2mqtt/[DEVICE_ID]/set {"warning": {"duration": 10, "mode": "emergency", "strobe": false, "level": "very_high"}
duration = time in seconds max 1800

@runningman84 that's because there is a typo here: https://github.com/Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters/commit/b1e7a6f4032f55537f64858d162b4a60a47705e9#diff-6c9a6acf22f90d1c6e524d9f3c5c1745R3615 , change it to zigbeeModel: ['SZ-SRN12N'], and it should work.

I'm currently working on the device for deconz as well. It left the network all the time after successful pairing and sensor generation. Based on my tests, that was due to unanswered match descriptor requests for IAS WD cluster. Not sure how it is handled here but after implementing code to provide a response, the device became stable as it seems. I can also provide a traffic sniff where required/desired.

@dinhchinh82 One addition: during my tests, the device doesn't always get the match descriptor response back, so there's a chance of a miss I guess. In those cases, I unplug and plug it in again to start pairing once more. You may want to try more than once to be sure it is not working.

Yes. I tried to plug & unplug to repair in several times but not successfully. Just confused why need to reflash the CC2531 before testing again.
