If you have opened http://127.0.0.1:43110/1UPDatEDxnvHDo7TXvq6AEBARfNkyfxsp/ ,ZeroNet will update by P2P as default.
But I heard that those updates are slower than GitHub.
@DaniellMesquita The updates actually are faster than github because zeronet only downloads the files that are changed while updating via github downloads the whole master.zip file which always contains all files even though they're unchanged
I didn't compare the speed of P2P and Github.IDK Which is faster
Zeronet is slow but it just download the changed files.Github may be quicker but it downloads all of files
ZeroNet isn't that slow if you have enough peers and good trackers.
It could be a default
GFW blocks main trackers so if we don't use ssr for zeronet, then we could only use zero trackers. We can get peers from zero trackers, but not many.
maybe just use two of them and prefer whichever is faster?
or did you meant zeronet updater is slow in noticing new updates
