Zeronet: Notifying user about new update?

Hello,

currently update option is hidden under ZeroHello, Three dots, Version number (always "Up to date").

it may be good if Zeronet is set by default to notify user about new update available.
Either show a notification bubble with a button to proceed or dismis the update or some icon on ZeroHello. If it is a notiffication bubble, maybe it would bother user if it appear too often.

If update fails, users should see the error description.

If there is an important update, then there is a visible notification on ZeroHello. The updates without version changes are considered as "beta updates"
