Is it possible for peers to provide ICE candidates for WebRTC pages on ZeroNet? This would advance the project to a true communications and social networking enabled application.

Not really until we add WebRTC ICE server support to ZeroNet, but I think it will be difficult (or impossible) to implement.

see socket.io. If you can implement a node server, it is possible

It would be useful in buliding more robust and reliable ZeroNet, however, it may be more difficult than releasing the ipv6.
