As far I know it would require to connect to a central stun server before the connections, which would result in centralization and easy surveillance.

Is it possible for peers to provide ICE candidates for WebRTC pages on ZeroNet? This would advance the project to a true communications and social networking enabled application.

Not really until we add WebRTC ICE server support to ZeroNet, but I think it will be difficult (or impossible) to implement.

It would be useful in buliding more robust and reliable ZeroNet, however, it may be more difficult than releasing the ipv6.
