Hello !
I share with you an idea that I had for the management of the zeronet network sites.
Currently the sites are shared by an infinity of users but there is only one manager, one owner, this management is practical and does not have to be questioned but I will develop a complementary idea:
"A site managed democratically by all users, in this type of site there is no owner because all users own the site, but any modification would require a proposal subject to a vote whose voting rules, majority , Unanimity, other could be defined by all the users by vote also."
Such a site would have the following characteristics:
-No owner (but by voting the site can be reconfigured to be entrusted to an owner)
-Any modification goes through a change request (a preview is available to all voters, each change of code is detected at the request and needs to be explained)
-Votes may have a duration (defined collectively)
I invite you to share your ideas to make this idea realistic and useful.
How to fight users who will create multiple accounts?
The Duniter project offers the web of trust concept application : https://duniter.org/en/presentation/

Before implementing voting system i think there have to be found a way to prevent bots abusing the system or making it for them not effective economically or technically. (Here i written idea of an antibot system)
IDEA:
Other option is that site admin or every user create list of trusted users who will be allowed to flag content, such content will be hidden and returned back to admin or the group of trusted co-admins for censensual moderation. Admin or these users will see who reported such content for moderation so they can adjust trusted list if needed. Here is the original idea.

It's hard to implement. https://github.com/HelloZeroNet/ZeroNet/issues/1608
