Zenbot: GDAX is not offered in Germany. But Coinbase and Kraken.

unfortunately, GDAX is not offered to German traders. Maybe it would be possible to use Coinbase or Kraken instead. In the end, the user may decide which exchange to use, but please give us the ability.

Since Coinbase is taking over GDAX, is GDAX still working, or Coinbase already working?

Actually, I'm opting to close this one:

• coinbase is not an exchange, please see GDAX
• kraken issue already exists over at https://github.com/carlos8f/zenbot/issues/177 (and now that there's a PR we don't need the extra visibility)

Gdax is working in Germany.
