Zammad: Trigger notifications not working

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 1.5.0
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, ...) Ubuntu Server 16.04
  • Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise
  • Browser + version: Chrome 57.0.2987.133

Expected behavior:

Actual behavior:

  • Agents receive help desk emails. Customers do not receive any emails. Email is not sent to the SMTP server.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • Fresh install of Zammad V1.5.0 on Ubuntu 16.04.

I am only trialling Zammad at the moment and just wondering what could be causing this issue?

This is working now. It's because helpdesk email was not assigned in _Groups_
