Infos:
Used Zammad version: 1.5.0
Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, ...) Ubuntu Server 16.04
Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise
Browser + version: Chrome 57.0.2987.133
Expected behavior:
I'm having the same issue reported here: https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/758 and here https://github.com/zammad/zammad/issues/306 however restarting the VM did not work and installing from scratch is not ideal.
Agent notifications are working but customers do not receive notifications with the default trigger auto reply (on new tickets).
Actual behavior:
Agents receive help desk emails. Customers do not receive any emails. Email is not sent to the SMTP server.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Fresh install of Zammad V1.5.0 on Ubuntu 16.04.
I am only trialling Zammad at the moment and just wondering what could be causing this issue?

This is working now. It's because helpdesk email was not assigned in _Groups_
