Issue Details

I am using vim-plug to manage packages on my M1 chip macbook.
So I installed YouCompleteMe.

When I try to start up vi.

YouCompleteMe unavailable: requires Vim compiled with Python (3.6.0+) support
Press ENTER or type command to continue

I get an error like the one above.
