Yolov3: RuntimeError: Expected to have finished reduction in the prior iteration before starting a new one.

Hi, when I used pytorch1.2 it outputed bug as follows:
RuntimeError: Expected to have finished reduction in the prior iteration before starting a new one.
But when I used pytorch1.0 it was ok. What's the problem?
